Chicken vegetable fried rice..

Hi guys! Today I thought I would share with you my famous fried rice recipe. I eat rice almost everyday, it’s a cultural thing. When I was back home (south Asia), we used to eat rice twice a day. I love fried rice. It’s perfect for lunch or even dinner. I make fried rice when there’s leftover rice, vegetables or meat. I made this for dinner yesterday.
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Put minced garlic.
  2. Add your favorite vegetables, meat etc. Here, I used some grilled chicken and mixed vegetable pack that had asparagus, spinach, broccoli, sweet pea, red pepper, green beans and so on. I also cut some cabbage, celery stem, tomato, onion and some green chili. Just use whatever you have and like.
  3. Put salt or soy sauce to taste. I also used some turmeric powder, meat masala powder and black pepper.
  4. When everything is nicely fried, pour your rice and mix it well. I also used some lemon juice and hot sauce at the end.
This takes about 15 minutes or less to cook depending on how much you are making. I made a lot! Leftover foods are the best tasting in my opinion. Since the meat was already grilled and the ready made vegetables were precooked, I just cooked them in oil for few minutes. I hope someone found this helpful. Please, feel free to comment or email me.
