Juice of the day..

fresh strawberries, pineapple and plain yogurt
blend well in blender/juicer
ready!

Pineapple is good for easing indigestion and arthritis. Pineapple is high in manganese. It is high in vitamin C. It has anti-oxidants.

Strawberries are great source of dietary fiber and vitamins C and K. They are a very good source of manganese, pantothenic acid, vitamin B1, iodine, folic acid, biotin, and vitamin B6. Strawberries also contain high levels of antioxidants.

Yogurt contains good bacteria that we need in our body. It is loaded with vitamins. Daily serving of yogurt keeps cold away. It also helps keep your abs flat.
