Vegetarian quesadilla..

Main Ingredients you need are: tortillas, cheese, vegetables
Heat a pan, pour little oil. Put the tortilla.
Grill the tortilla so that they are brown and crispy. Flip it to the other side whenever needed.
In the mean time, fry the veggies the way you like it. Use spices to your taste.
Take the lightly grilled tortilla and put cheese on it.
Put the fried vegetables mixture on top of the cheese and add some more cheese.Put the second tortilla on top of it.
Put it in the oven for few minutes. As soon as the cheese starts melting, it’s done. 
Cut it into pizza like pieces. Serve it hot with salsa, guacamole, hot sauce...just anything you like!
