Simple home-made Steamed (pork) Buns..

Main ingredients: flour, yeast, sugar, salt, meat, garlic, vegetables, soy sauce

Get a glass of water. Add little brown sugar and yeast. 
Pour it in the flour and make the dough. Leave it for few hours. 
Make the filling. Use any meat or vegetables you want. We used cabbages, onions and carrots. Add some salt, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic and soy sauce as per to taste. We also used hot chili peppers.
 Heat a pan, pour a little oil. Fry the mix for few minutes. Set aside the fillings.
Make balls of the dough. Flatten it out (you can use your hand) fill it in with the goodies. 
Wrap it and make a ball. Put it on a wax paper so that it doesn't stick. We used cup cake liners.
Steam it for 10-20 minutes. 
Serve it hot. 
(Note: I can’t tell you how delicious the buns were. All the credit goes to the cook “the man”. We made 16 buns and ate it as breakfast, dinner, lunch. It’s perfect for any time of the day.)
