{beauty} How and Why to use green tea on your skin ..

Happy Wednesday !

I love green tea. Today, I am going to share with you how I use green tea to achieve brighter and healthier skin. I also made a post on how I made my own green tea toner in the past.
We all know how good green tea is. How it is packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties and so on. Green tea has many health benefits. It is good for skin, hair, teeth and overall health.

I am sharing my tips on how I use it for my face. I do this almost every time I drink green tea. I don't drink it as much as I should. Also, here's a little tip for you if you don't like the taste of green tea. Make 2 cups with one tea bag(this will make the tea lighter) and add cinnamon powder. Everything taste better with cinnamon….No!?..Ok.

So, I will save the tea bag and finish my hot tea. I squeeze the tea bag a little(just so its not too messy) and apply it all over my face, my eyes, the brows, top part of my hairs. I have few gray hairs and generally teas are natural hair dye. Green tea also helps the hair grow stronger.

I don't wash my face immediately(but you can definitely wash your face after 10-15 minutes). I actually leave it on the whole day or until night time when I cleanse my skin.

After I apply the wet green tea to my face, it dries off just like water. My skin instantly feels tight, firm and glowy. Green tea is one of the most natural way to help your skin look brighter, and overall flawless. It also helps to fade acne scars and sun spots.

I would love to know how you guys use green tea, apart from drinking.

Till next time. ~ Asta
